Conscious Cells

Eckhart Tolle says in his book “The Power of Now” that everything is alive and has (varying degrees of) consciousness, from the stars to microbes and particles.

Of course, then I wonder what happens to it when it dies. Or does it?

He says everything is an expression of consciousness and cannot be seen as separate from it. That would mean consciousness is everything and is actually all there is. It’s the source and the expression; it’s omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient. Any other omni’s?

The only conclusion I can draw is that we are an expression of the almighty consciousness, part of it and therefore our own expression in material form.

And then, maybe “… unbeknownst to most, the world is controlled by a single, pipe smoking rabbit…” as M. Johns put it.
